We strive to ship all orders the following business day. Any orders that do not ship within 3 business days will be contacted and either offered a full refund (if item is unavailable) or reason for delay and expected mailing date. Tracking information will be emailed the day item ships out.
Most items (unless indicated) will have a 14 day return privilege from the day it is received (based on tracking information) for DOMESTIC ORDERS ONLY. All returns MUST be sent in their ORIGINAL UNOPENED packaging. You must first contact us (email@example.com) with the order number and item(s) being returned before mailing back items. ORDERS SHIPPED OUTSIDE THE USA ARE NOT RETURNABLE!
We strive for accuracy, but human error can sometimes occur. If by chance you receive a wrong item or item not to your satisfaction, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be happy to correct any errors at our expense or accept a return for full refund. For orders shipped outside the USA, we will only accept a return for wrong item(s) shipped and must be accompanied by email with picture of incorrect item before return will be accepted.
